Description
SKH-612GMSF CNC Drilling Machine Overview
The HUAHUA SKH-612GMSF CNC Drilling Machine is an automated panel drilling and CNC boring machine designed for furniture, cabinet, joinery and panel manufacturers requiring fast, repeatable machining across multiple faces of the workpiece.
The machine combines double drilling heads, top and bottom drilling capability, multi-axis positioning and a five-position ATC tool magazine, allowing drilling, boring and additional machining operations to be carried out within an automated panel-processing workflow.
Its combination of drilling capacity, automated panel positioning and CNC control makes the SKH-612GMSF particularly relevant to manufacturers producing cabinet components, carcass panels, wardrobe parts, furniture panels and other components requiring repeat hole patterns and machining operations.

Six-Sided CNC Drilling, Boring and Panel Processing
The SKH-612GMSF is designed for automated drilling and boring operations across furniture and cabinet panels, with top and bottom processing capability reducing the need for repeated manual repositioning of compatible workpieces.
Multiple drilling heads and CNC-controlled positioning allow the machine to process vertical and horizontal hole patterns required for cabinet construction, furniture fittings, connectors, hinges and other hardware applications.
The wider HUAHUA drilling platform also supports grooving, milling and special-shape processing as part of an automated panel-machining sequence.
Double Drilling Heads for High-Output Panel Production
A major feature of the SKH-612GMSF is its double drilling-head configuration. The GMSF specification includes two upper drilling assemblies together with a lower drilling unit, providing a substantial drilling capacity for repeat furniture and cabinet production.
The upper section provides 16 vertical drilling bits × 2 and 8 horizontal drilling bits × 2, while the lower drilling unit provides 9 vertical drilling bits.
This arrangement allows multiple hole positions and orientations to be processed as part of an automated CNC drilling cycle.
Five-Position ATC Tool Magazine
The SKH-612GMSF is equipped with a five-position automatic tool-change magazine, extending the machine beyond conventional fixed-head CNC drilling.
ATC capability allows compatible machining tools to be selected according to the programmed operation, supporting additional panel-processing requirements alongside drilling and boring.
This makes the machine particularly relevant where production involves a combination of drilling, machining, grooving or other programmed panel operations.
Panel Sizes and Suitable Manufacturing Applications
The SKH-612GMSF processes compatible panels from 10 to 60 mm thick, with workpiece widths from 50 to 1200 mm and lengths from 250 to 5000 mm.
Typical applications include:
- Kitchen cabinet and carcass production
- Bedroom and wardrobe components
- Furniture side panels and shelving
- Drawer and cabinet components
- Flat-pack and knock-down furniture production
- Panels requiring vertical and horizontal boring
- Hardware, connector and fitting hole patterns
- Mixed panel production requiring automated CNC drilling
Automated Panel Positioning and CNC Processing
The SKH-612GMSF uses CNC-controlled panel handling and positioning to move compatible workpieces through the drilling and machining sequence.
This type of through-feed processing allows drilling operations to be coordinated around programmed panel data rather than requiring each hole position to be set manually.
For manufacturers working with repeat cabinet and furniture components, automated positioning can support more efficient production of panels containing multiple drilling patterns and machining operations.
SKH-612GMSF Power, Air and Extraction Requirements
The SKH-612GMSF has a confirmed total power requirement of 22.22 kW, working air pressure of 0.7–0.8 MPa and vacuum-flow specification of 9400 m³/h.
Before installation, the proposed factory location should be checked for electrical supply, compressed-air capacity, dust extraction, machine access, panel infeed and outfeed requirements and maintenance clearance.
